HOW DOES THE PRICING WORKS. . . There is an hourly Studio Fee of $5 for kids 12 and under, and $7 for adults. This covers all of your paint, use of design center tools, and glazing and firing (this part we do for you). No reservations are required.
The ceramic pieces that you pick to paint range from $3.50 (tiles and add ons) and up, with most pieces being in the $15-$40 range.
All items are food safe, dishwasher and microwave safe, but like any dishes, they will last longer if hand washed. |
LOOK AROUND AND GET INSPIRED. . . Finished ceramic pieces by previous customers, staff members and celebrated artists- you may meet and see them paint, as they come in very often- populate the room, giving a sense of the possibilities. With over 400 different bisque items, and approximately 100 styles added per year there are plenty of styles to choose from. A completed, glazed piece fronts many of the selections in order to give a sense of the finished item.
WHEN CAN I TAKE MY PIECES HOME.....
Your masterpieces will be ready in 7 days for you to pick up and enjoy. This gives us the time needed to let your paint fully dry, then we glaze them which needs to dry for another day, then they go in our kilns which fire at 1800*F for about 8 hours, then they need time to cool down slowly. So your artwork really is one of a kind, and hand made!
